FOUR KEY PLANNING STEPS
1 - Client Intake Form
All clients will submit an online client intake form that helps us understand your unique needs, goals, and preferences.
2 - CONSULTATION
Upon receiving your intake form we may follow-up via phone or email (your preference) with additional clarifying questions.
3 - PROJECT PROPOSAL
A statement of work including project outline, client goals, communication norms, client expectations, project timeline, and project budget will be submitted to the client for their approval.
4 - CONTENT COLLECTION
Before work begins, we need to collect any and all content that you have available for your website. Read our blog post about how to prepare.
THE CREATING PHASE IS AN ITERATIVE PROCESS, WE WELCOME CLIENT FEEDBACK THROUGHOUT THE WEB DESIGN EXPERIENCE.
We will select a theme using Wordpress or Squarespace and apply basic customization to those themes, ensuring they are easy for you to maintain as needed.
If there was a previous website or blog, we will transfer that content and information as requested to your new website.
We will use our knowledge of information architecture, SEO, and user-experience to build intuitive navigation structures and layouts.
SOCIAL MEDIA CONNECTION
We will connect relevant social media accounts to the clients' page if desired. We recommend LinkedIn, Google, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook.
we value sustainability and will go the extra mile to ensure your website is sent-off with all the tools you need.
CUSTOM VIDEO TUTORIALS
We will create customized video tutorials for the client and/or their assistants to familiarize them with basic aspects of managing and using their website and/or blog.
All website content will be backed up on the cloud-sharing service of client's preference (we recommend Dropbox or Google Drive), the files will be neatly organized and easy for you to navigate.
COMPLEMENTARY EMAIL SUPPORT
We provide complementary support on minor website adjustments, updates, and technical issues via email to clients up to 10 business days after the project has been submitted. Thereafter post-project maintenance is billed at $85/hr, or clients may sign up for monthly maintenance plans.

Packages are structured to ensure considerable savings. Clients who would like maintenance work without a package will be billed at $85/hr. Clients who are in need of express maintenance (less than 72 hours) will be billed at $120/hr.
